Self hosted email infrastructure

Every brand in your portfolio, one email backend.

Postoffyce runs transactional, marketing, and drip campaigns for a whole portfolio of brands from a single self hosted platform. Your audience lives on your server, your emails arrive looking like your brand, and your margins stop leaking to per subscriber pricing.

The problem

SaaS newsletter tools don't scale with a brand portfolio.

Pay per subscriber across ten brands and the bill compounds. Rent your list from a vendor and you don't actually own it. Send through their wrapper and every email arrives wearing their chrome, not yours.

01

Pricing stacks per subscriber

Running five brands on Beehiiv or Mailchimp means paying for the same contact five times when they sign up across your properties.

02

Your list lives on their server

Export restrictions, deliverability tied to shared IP pools, and a platform shutdown is your audience gone.

03

Brand gets flattened

Templated chrome, forced footers, and a sender identity that reads as the platform instead of your brand.

What Postoffyce does

One backend, every brand, full control.

Each brand gets its own tenant: subscribers, tags, templates, sender identity, suppression list, analytics. Shared infrastructure, isolated data.

Multi tenant by design

Add a brand in minutes. Each tenant has its own list, tags, templates, API key, and sender identity. One ops team, every brand.

Transactional and marketing in one

Magic link emails, order confirmations, drip welcome series, and weekly broadcasts all flow through the same stack with shared deliverability.

Raw HTML passthrough

Transactional sends can bypass the platform wrapper entirely. Your dark themed magic link email arrives looking exactly like your product, not Postoffyce.

Drip sequences on tags

Tag a subscriber and sequences fire automatically. Cart abandoned, newsletter welcome, re engagement, post purchase: all wire up through the same tag model.

Broadcast with analytics

Send to any audience segment, segment by tags or custom fields, and get per email open rate, click rate, and view what was sent diagnostics.

API for everything

Push contacts from checkout flows, signup forms, chatbots. Fire transactional sends from your product. Batch backfill 500 leads in one call.

How it works

Three primitives, every email use case.

Contact in, tag applied, email out. Transactional and marketing share the same backbone.

1

Contact lands

Signup form, checkout flow, product event, CSV import, API push. The contact arrives in its brand's tenant with custom fields and whatever tags were sent.

2

Rules trigger

Tag based sequences fire when a tag is new on a subscriber. Signup triggers welcome series. Cart abandoned triggers rescue drip. Status change triggers downgrade or upgrade flows.

3

Email goes out

Sent through your SMTP, from your brand, with full HTML control. Click tracked, open tracked, logged in your admin panel.
